Mini Crunch Ice Cream Sandwiches

Beat the heat with these fun-to-make frozen treats, which feature crunchy chocolate pieces wrapped in vanilla ice cream spread between two sugar cookies.

Estimated Times:
Preparation - 45 min | Cooking - 15 min | Cooling Time - 1 hrs freezing | Yields - 20

ngredients:

• 1 package (16.5 oz.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Refrigerated Sugar Cookie Bar Dough
• 2 packages (1.2 oz.) NESTLE BUNCHA CRUNCH Candy
• 2 1/2 cups Vanilla DREYER'S or EDY'S SLOW CHURNED® Light Ice Cream, slightly softened
• 3 (1.55 oz. each) NESTLÉ CRUNCH Candy Bars, finely chopped

Directions:
PREPARE cookies according to package directions; immediately press 3 to 5 Buncha Crunch pieces on each of 20 cookies. Cool on baking sheets for 1 minute; remove to wire racks to cool completely.

MIX ice cream and chopped Crunch bars; freeze for 5 minutes. Spread flat side of remaining plain sugar cookies with 2 tablespoons; top each with 1 decorated cookie to create a sandwich.

WRAP each sandwich tightly in plastic wrap; freeze for at least 1 hour. Let stand at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving.

Variation:
Use 1 package (16.5 oz.) NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE Refrigerated Mini Chocolate Chip Cookie Bar Dough. Prepare cookies according to package directions; immediately press 5 Chewy WONKA TART N TINYS on each of 20 cookies. Follow remaining directions above.

Melon-Berry Smoothies [ serves4]

Utensils: Ingredients:
measuring spoons 1 cup frozen unsweetened whole strawberries
measuring cups 1 cup cut up cantaloupe
electric blender 1|3 cup orange juice
rubber scraper 1|4 cup milk

4 glasses 1 tablespoon honey
1 cup ice cubes

Directions:
1. Put strawberries, cantaloupe, orange juice, milk, and honey in the blender. Cover blender with the lid and blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth. Turn off blender.
2. Add ice cubes to blender. Cover with lid and blend until smooth. Pour drink into glasses. Use the rubber scraper to get all of the drink out of the blender.

Hotel For Dogs!!!!

Hotel For Dogs was an awesome movie. Hotel For Dogs is about a 16 year old girl named Andy and her 11 year old brother Bruce. When Andy and Bruce's parents died. They had to go to many different foster parents. And their current foster parents are named Carl and Lois. Carl and Lois are very mean to the kids and Lois cooks horrible food. The kids have to steal and act very strange to hide their dog, Friday. While Bruce, and Andy are mistaken for criminals Friday runs into an old Hotel.The kids try to find Friday but meet 2 other dogs as well. After a while they have 5 people running the dog hotel and like 100 dogs.You'll have to watch the movie or read the book to find out the rest. Pick up the movie at Redbox sometime. [you can find them at giant eagle, walgreens etc.]
